Booking Instructions

Step One:

Click on the first day you would like to book and drag the cursor along until your departure day then click again. If your booking spans across two months, click on your arrival date, then use the right arrow key on the month line to advance to the next month and click on your departure date. A booking form will then appear below the calendar. Fill out the form to register the dates you intend to stay, your name, a valid email address and any comments you would like to make.

Step Two:

Once you've provided your details, click on the Book button. Your registration will then be saved and a reservation confirmation notice with your unique ID number will be sent to your nominated email address.

Step Three:

Click on the "Click to pay deposit" button. You will then be directed to PayPal. The service allows anyone to pay using most major credit cards, bank accounts, without sharing financial information. Once the transaction on PayPal site is complete, an email with your payment details and receipt number will be sent to you.

Rates

HIGH SEASON
All school holidays, long weekends, Easter & Christmas
$300 per night or $2000 per week

LOW SEASON
All other times
$200 per night or $1300 per week

Booking Details

  • The rates above relate to two adults. For extra adults, please add $15 per person. There is no extra charge for children.
  • Long weekends must be booked for a minimum of three nights.
  • A one-off $100 cleaning charge is payable on all stays.
  • A deposit equivalent to one nights stay is required to confirm and hold your booking.
  • A bond equivalent to one nights stay will be required for all bookings. It will be returned immediately upon completion of your stay, as long as there is no damage.
  • We only accept direct deposits or PayPal for payment, the details of which will be emailed to you upon booking.
  • Payment in full is required one week in advance of your stay.
  • Any damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost.
  • Linen can be hired out at an extra charge of $15 per person - please contact us for details.
  • There in no maximum stay. If you want to stay for a long period, discounts will apply. Please contact us for more information.
  • Check-out time is 10 am. You may check-in anytime after 2 pm.
  • Cancellations: Seven days notice must be given for cancellations. Any cancellation within seven days of the booking will forfeit the deposit.
